Why two different (Device vs. SD card) tabs?

Postby sarav » Mon May 04, 2009 10:26 pm

What's the point of having two different tabs? It's just making the program more complex than necessary.

I seem to be able to navigate to the SD card (/sdcard) from the Device tab without any problems. Would you considering removing it and simplifying it?

Kinda offtopic: What's the audio (internal) folder and the audio (external) folder? Where do they really map to? Can't they be accessed by navigating to a path that might be a deeper folder?

Thanks,
Sarav

Internal audio maps to device audio content provider. It means you can access to internal ringtones. However, since Android 1.5 it seems to be empty.
