We appreciate your questions and comments about our web site and products and welcome your email messages to mailboxes listed on our web site. We preserve the content of your e-mail, your e-mail address and our response so that we can efficiently respond to questions you might have.

LYSESOFT softwares
The softwares allow to transfer files to web server. The software does not request or receive any other information that is designed for. All data you could fill in our applications such as server name or preferences are kept inside your device. For customer's support and licensing purposes, some of our paid applications could send device-related data to our server such as User-Agent (including application name/version and operating system version) and anonymized unique hash code to generate license key.
