duplicated sync problem

I have a folder sync set up from my SD /SDcard/DCIM/100ANDRO(where android stores the videos and photos from the camera) to a local folder on my PC, the first time i sync it works well, copies all the media from my SD folder to my local PC folder. But if i press sync again it will tell me that its still missing the amount of files that it just copied, so it will copy again with a different file extension:
DSC_0008.jpg <--original OK.
DSC_0008.jpg.1317613703617 <--duplicated.
both have the same size, and if i rename it to a *.jpg extension, it will open just fine.
Every time i press sync it will create a new copy of the same file, with a different extension.
Any idea why is this happening?

I decided to give a last look to my configuration before posting the new topic, and i managed to find the solution, i forgot to give full access permission to my FTP user (read/write/delete) PROBLEM SOLVED. Im posting it anyways just in case someone comes with the same problem.
