Problem in Resume Upload

I am trying to upload a file of 70 MB to hotfile file hosting via ftp. But whenever the connection drops or disconnects it says transfer failed and when i tried to upload it again it starts from beginning again . i have ticked on Enable resume support in Advanced tab also. So how to resume the upload as it says that Andftp supports resume upload but how tell me?

Is your FTP server running on Windows OS? Could you provide a testing FTP account to support(at)lysesoft(dot)com?

What is the settings for resume upload ? Have i done the right settings for resume upload plz tell me . i am giving the image below . kindly help me

"Enable resume support" checkbox seems enabled on your screenshots so it seems fine. If you've clicked "Save" it will taken into account. It may be a problem with FTP server. If you could provide a testing FTP account then we could try to investigate more.
