If I try to connect with AndFTP 2.9.9.4 (SGS2 and/or Galaxytab 2 10.1, both Android 4) to the FTP-server via local WLAN and local IP explicite FTPS (passive) works fine. However if I try this via G3/UMTS and the dyndns-name or even the "global IP" it doesnt work. If I use another external PC it work...
