Re: Problem with standby when syncing

I tried my xoom tablet with android 3.2. Here it worked right from the start. Then I deactivated/reactivated the sync background data option in android for my mobile. Then after a cold reboot (with androids fastboot option deactivated as well) it now also works on my HTC Desire S. Than you very much...

Re: Problem with standby when syncing

I guess you are talking about the option Konten und Synchronisation (accounts and synchronisation) in androids settings nenu? Yes there the option "hintergrunddaten" (background data) is enabled. The phone also has no problems synchronizing my contacts and calenders in the background.

Thanks Rainer

Problem with standby when syncing

Hello I am running the latest andftp version from market. I use sftp to sync a directory from my linux machine to my mobile. This works but I have to take care that my mobile does not go into standby. I checked the andftp option to deactivate standby during sync but this does not help. If the screen...

Re: Cannot see any remote folder in sftp or scp

Hi, I tested the new version you sent to me. It works. I can now see all folders. It was not necessary to activate the "leading space" option. The only wish that I still have is an option to hide/show hidden files (starting with a "." (ls -al versus ls -l) for a *running* connection. Would be nice t...

Re: Cannot see any remote folder in sftp or scp

Hello,

I reopened the account. Same host, same account, same password lime before.

I create three folders and some files. One in these three is named lib and has a date from march (Mär). When using scp you wont be able to see it. However when you switch to sftp it should work.

Thanks
Rainer

Re: Cannot see any remote folder in sftp or scp

Hi, my problem has been fixed, I can see the remote directory. However when doing scp (not sftp) I discovered another bug. The problem is that (at least) one folder named "lib" that *does* exits on the remote host is not displayed in AndFTP other folders are displayed. Here is the output of ls -ld $...

Re: Cannot see any remote folder in sftp or scp

Yes I can create a testing account but I would prefer to avoid making the login data public by posting it here but rather send the login data to you by email. Where should I send this mail to?

Re: Cannot see any remote folder in sftp or scp

I tried the following charset settings on the client. The server account uses de_DE.UTF-8:

Standard
Feat
UTF-8

the behavior of AnfFTP did not change, still no remote file listing.

Re: Cannot see any remote folder in sftp or scp

Hi, I played around a little more. The effect is independent from the underlying network. No matter if wireless or mobile network, the effect is the same. It also seems to be independent of the ssh server software used, in my case openssh version 5.8p1. What seems to make a difference is the account...
