No it cannot be my carrier. I have win7 and set my laptop up as a wifi hotspot, and am using filezilla server as a server. So my laptop is the server. It will start off downloading very quickly then slower and slower, till I get a "java exception error"

Is there a limit to the size of files that can be downloaded to the android device. ANDFTP, works fine for me for small files, but anything like 100MB times out repeatedly.
