Is ssh2 not compatable ?

I have created the file using puttygen SSH2-RSA mode.

Hello , I just downloaded andftp from your web trying it on Desire HD. I want to just use public key no password. But when i try to connect it asks me for password. I selected the privatekey in advanced section under ssh Key. Am i doing something wrong ? Because i can use this server from windows cl...
