It's not a specific AndFTP feature:

In FTPS (FTP over TLS) there are two separate connections:

- Control channel is used for login & commands
- Data channel is used for file transfers & directory listings

Data Channel Security controls whether the actual file data is encrypted.

Could you contact support(at)lysesoft.com, they should be able to provide a new testing version to check if it works now.

Make sure to upgrade to AndFTP 6.7 and enable settings->advanced->expert->SSH Provider="Secure"

Could you try to upgrade to 2.9.5 and see if you sill have the issue?

Long press the share => Copy => Save (with your new name) and Delete the old one.

You've upgraded SSH support in AndFTP 6.7. Could you try it?

Just Edit => Copy and then Save with the new name you want.
You can delete the previous one later.

Please upgrade to AndFTP 6.7

Are you under Android 15+? I've just tested FTP(E)S under Android 15 with AndFTP 6.7 and it looks good.

Try to upgrade to AndFTP 6.7 and let us know if it works.
