Ok I solved my problem. I was right. I was looking at the files in the wrong location and that is why I was getting the file name of /3 and not a file name like imag0013.jpg. The location is /SDcard/DCIM/"Filename". O had looked for files on the SD Card but not in the DCIM folder. I hope it helps so...
