We've working on this issue. We're not able to reproduce it yet but you're not the first one to report about it. Could you tell us how many applications are you running on your phone ?

Hi
Do you mean the World Time Widgets or the applications that are running in the backround, there are about 14 but these are the applications that have to be running like the touch sense?

I'm trying to understand why this issue occurs on some phones and not on others.

Hi

OK I may have found the problem I was using the app TaskPanel from sychee. This app is a task killer it is used to keep the memory free after removing it the clocks work? The problem was that when I checked the killer list the world clock system was not on it? Hope this helps you mabe you should put this app on your phone I am using the Sprint HTC Hero....

Good Luck

Hi
OK just to keep you informed, the TaskPanel was not the problem. OK let me take you through some steps, the time does not keep up with the system clock. This is what I do to fix the problem for a little wile, on each widget there is a trangle in the uper right if I touch the trangle it bring up the main program screen let say Boston, Ma. the time on the main program screen is correct than I press the buttton marked Done then it updaes all the widget that I have for this program? It almost seem's that the main program is not talking to the widget's? Just wondering if you have any thoughts on this problem?

Again Good Luck

Thanks for the workaround. We're going to publish release 1.2. It will improve behavior but not fix completely this issue.

Hi
OK please let me know when you fix the problems. One thing is it possible to change the font color on the time, it seems to blend with the widget, or if this can not be done could you just make the time font color yellow this may make it easer to see... OH just one more question why do you have to run both versions the free version and the pro version to work? This may be the problem they may be conflicting with each other?

GOOD LUCK

Pro version is very small, it unlocks the free version. That's why you always need the free version.
It's quite easier for us to manage. When the free version updates, we don't need to update the Pro version.

I'm still trying to reproduce the you've reported. It occurred one time this week on my HTC magic but it was too late to get logs. We will surely fix this issue as soon as we understand what's wrong.
