how are files created in audio (external) folder?

hi
i notice that AndExplorer shows 6 folders, i do not see these in Linda Explorer
1. audio (external)
2. audio (internal)
3. images (external)
4. images (internal)
5. video (external)
6. video (internal)
the audio (external) folder seems to be the songs in my microsd card, but files are listed in their song names & not filenames.
may i know how are these files created in the 6 folders?
