Errors connecting

Postby fndtn357 » Fri Feb 28, 2014 5:14 pm

I had a host of erroirs while trying this utility out in the free version. Compensated by creating a bucket with a capital letter first, etc. Using either Amazon S3 or Amazon S3 (secure) generated an error saying "The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method."
All of that is checked and fine.
I tried using this URL instead "https://console.aws.amazon.com/s3" and the error here says "At line 19, column 23: not well-formed (invalid token)"

What can I do from here? What is the problem?

Do you modify AWS URLs, just select one among the list.
Did you get a warning about bucket name when you created the S3 configuration?
If yes try with another bucket following AWS naming rules. Or if your bucket is in US try to disable "Virtuial host" option in Expert Settings (from Advanced tab)
