Possible bug in v1.0

Hi,
Firstly, a great program!
I'm using v1.0 of S3Anywhere on a Nexus One with CyanogenMod 5.0.6.
What is happening though is that when the screen switches from portrait to landscape orientation (or vice versa), the upload that is currently occurring appears to be stopped and is then restarted from 0%.
Is there a setting to stop the current upload being terminated when the screen changes from portrait to/from landscape orientation?
