Authentication Fails for windows server

I can get AndFTP to work with a couple of unix FTP servers I need to connect to but it wont connect to a windows FTP server. It's hosted at rackspace cloud if that makes a difference.

I'm 100% sure that I'm using the correct username and password but it keeps saying it's wrong.

I tried passive and active just to see if that made a difference but it didn't.
