I bought andFTP Pro for my samsung galaxy nexus (ICS 4.0.2). I can't seem to find the icon/widget to run this tool. I uninstall it and then re-installi it and no luck. Prior to that I had the andFTP free version.

Pro version acts as an unlock key, it does not have any icon and you cannot open it. Once installed it unlocks all features of the free application. You can check it by running the free application, then Menu->Options->Advanced and you should see "License: Pro". Does it make sense?
Also, you don't need activation key when you've purchased from Google Market.
