Files not uploading completely, no failure messages

So, I've had Andftp for only a short time now but it's giving me trouble. I made two successful syncs when I first got the app. Now though, whenever I run a sync all of the normal message pop up, the analyzing window, the little summary thing with the "proceed" button, the uploading window with the progress bar, everything. The files appear to upload without issue, but when I check them on the server side they are either corrupt or incomplete. Only the first handful of letters in the file name appear and the file is unopenable.

Other possibly relevant info:

I'm using an Archos 101 G9 Turbo.
I recently updated to Android 4.0.3
I have updated to the most recent version of Andftp
I have used Allway Sync for the PC rather successfully for a year now, but the switch from netbook to tablet has required a program switch.
I have had different but similar issues with another FTP app.

Please help.

Are you using AndFTP 2.9.9.2?
