Hi!
I'm a newbie and need some support to configure the preferences of andftp for my G1.
If I establish a new connection using the ip of the phone 192.168.178.20 with port 8888, username and password and local /sdcard my ftp-program doesn't connect to my g1.
What do I have to do? Where is my mistake?

AndFTP is a FTP client, it connects to a FTP server which is (usually) not on your phone.
What you need to setup in settings is the FTP hostname (or IP address of the FTP server) and then a login/password to access the FTP server. Do not fill in the FTP post (default is 21).
