Folder sync not working

I recently bought the Pro version to be able to sync two folder.
As local folder I selected sdcard, as remot I selected a folder on my NAS at home.
Local folder as master.
Connection over WLAN worked fine but when I started sync (pressed the sync button) I got the popup saying AndFTP produced the report. After 15 minutes or so the popup disapeared but no report showed up.
The sdcard contains many files and folders.

How many files? Hundreds or thousands?

I should say thousands.
My SDcard is 16GB, and is 13GB is used.

I also see this problem with the AndSMPPro.

We may have a memory problem because of the amount of files. Are you using a tablet or a phone?

Could you provide a testing FTP account so I could try to reproduce the problem from here? If so then drop an email to support(at)lysesoft(dot)com

Unfortunately not, my FTP server is a local one.
But as I see the same problem with AndSMBPro you could share a folder on your PC instead.
Or use FileZilla Server locally at home.
