connecting problems

i have AndFTP 2.9.1 and when i try to connect to my ftp server from work with passive mode i get this error --> no route to host. when i change to active i get --> 500 invalid port command.
any idea why ?

Try to upgrade to 2.9.3

i can't give testing user anyway i can't connect to any ftp connection

no ... i am on ONE but i have tried all 3 operators and still the same problem
