Bought the PRO version and I have the problem, that using AndFTP with SFTP or SCP on my server on a differnet port than 22 is not working. It connects (or it looks it that it does) but there is non listing at all.

Can you help me with that?

Any error in bottom log box? Are you using AndFTP 2.9.3?
