I've looked and didn't see an option for a scroll bar when looking in folders with large amounts of files. This would be a nice add-on so that you don't have to swipe the screen over and over again till you get to the file your looking to download. Maybe something like the Android Contacts list has when scrolling to a contact, when scrolling a finger tip size button on the right side of the screen appears when you start to scroll and you can just use that to scroll.
EDIT: Just saw this in the wish list, any thoughts if this will be added.
