scp not showing all folders

Hi,
I bought AndFtp Pro and when I scp to my server it doesn't show all folders.
I connect as root on a Fedora box.
is there a limitation?

No limitation with the Pro version. It may be a bug. Would you be able to provide a testing SCP account (temporary) to reproduce the problem from here? If yes then drop an email to support(at)lysesoft(dot)com

I purchased AndFTPPro so I could transfer files via SCP between my Mac (OS X v10.6.8) and Asus Eee Pad Transformer. The SCP listing that I get on my Mac is incorrect, with many files and some folder simply not appearing. I know that they're there, and can see them if I bring up the Customize command line in AndFTPPro and do an "ls". I tried to get a refund, but I guess it took me more than the 15 minute refund period to discover the problem. That was a waste.

Would you be able to provide a temporary SCP access (login, password) to support(at)lysesoft(dot)com? If we can reproduce the problem then we're going to fix it quickly.
Also, did you try to enable "UTF8" charset in Advanced tab?
