Problem Connecting to Network Solutions

I'm having difficulty accessing my FTP account on Network Solutions - netsolhost.com

I keep getting the error:

java.net unknown host exception
myaccountnumber:netsolhost.com

It appears to be connecting. Three buttons along the top of the screen

Device file browser Download Disconect

If I click on the Device file Browser button it is showing the files on my system. And, the buttons on the top change to:

FTP file browser Download Disconect

If I click on the FTP file browser button, it changes back.

The screen below the buttons show:

current:/

[Go to up folder]

I'm logging into the root folder, so there is no up folder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

I'm using a new Samsung Droid Charge Running Android version 2.2.1

Could you provide a testing FTP account to support(at)lysesoft(dot)com?

It seems to work fine from here. I've uploaded an image and I'm able to download files.
The error you get is about DNS issue. Are you sure about the host name you've filled in? Don't you mix zero "0" with "O" letter?

Here is a screenshot.

Well, we're making progress. I'm not absolutely sure what I did, but I can now log into root and browse through all of my file systems, upload and download. I did copy-paste my login info, so that must have been it. Thanks very much.

You may also try with IP address instead of hostname.
