English, German, Spanish and French localization

We've added English, German, Spanish and French languages support in RC5. Here is a screenshot of spanish tip of the day:

We've used Android image 1.5 (Cupcake) available at:
http://nullwire.com/try_out_cupcake_yourself
to have all languages support.
