How to setup recursive downloads

I have been using AndFTP for a while and just upgraded to Pro for the recursive features. I cant for the life of me figure out how to set it up though. Could someone explain?

After a little research, it appears I may have misunderstood what a recursive function is. Ultimately I want to setup my phone to download the same file name nightly. Is there a way to setup AndFTP to do that.

You want synchronization, it's in the wish list.
