Cannot connect

I've been using the Pro version of your excellent AndFTP Pro for many, many years without any issues. For the first time ever, I've got a connectivity issue
Yesterday, I wanted to add a new site to my list of other sites within the App. In short, I *can* connect to this site using Windows-based ftp clients, but AndFTP Pro won't connect to it on ANY of my Android devices using your app. I'm getting an error message something like "Java.ioIOE.exception. Key Exchange was not finished. Connection is closed". I'm not particularly techy, so the message doesn't make any sense to me. Are you able to help?
I'm on Android 11 and both are Samsung devices.
