Transfer Settings to New Phone

Is there a way to transfer the ftp settings from my old to my new phone? Both are android.

Sure with Pro version.
Menu -> Options -> Menu -> Import or Export (see screenshot)

There is no Menu -> Options -> Menu. Full stop. ICS.

No Menu on initial screen?
It's menu button (hard or soft) from Android device.

If the phones are rooted, can I just copy the files between them ??
Paying £3.89 just for copying settings (I know there are other options available), seems a bit excessive.
