Interactive login? Server requires two-factor authentication

I'm running my own home SSH server and very frequently use AndFTP to transfer files to and from my Galaxy Nexus (thanks for taking out the mass storage option, Google).
I recently set up my SSH server to require two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator. The server prompts for a username, password, and verification code. AndFTP can't handle the request for the verification code. Is there a way to do an interactive login? If not, can that get added to the list of feature requests?
