I use the AndFTP and have following problem:
If I use as Hostname an valid Ip-adress, AndFTP will log in correct, and it will show the folder from my NAS-Server correct.

But If I use an Dyndns name like e.g. "username.dynsnss.net" it will alwasys ask me for the username and password from my NAS-Server.
In the bottum I can see the login and asking for password.

My settings:
Hostname: username.dyndnss.net
Typ: FTP
Port: 21

AndFTP will ask for login/password if they are not correct. So it means FTP returned wrong login or password

What is also confusing, though, that it will ask you your userid/password if you're not connected to the network. I consider that a bug but, hey, it's free and the best FTP client I've seen for Android.

Even if you enter the userid/password correctly after you get prompted, the original profile is not updated. You must edit the profile and correct the userid/password.
