Sync All not Working

Dear Sir,
i just bought AndFTP, to do sync.
i have online server ( ftp )
i want to sync with my device.
When i click Sync all it gives :
FTP Sync has started
Then
FtP Sync has stopped
When i connect and download it is working fine.
I need the Sync all option.
