Since yahoo went to ftps, I can't get AndFTP 2.9.9.4 to work with my yahoo webhosting service.

any ideas how to get it to work?

It seems to log in oK, but do not get any directory listings or anything. can't upload (hangs) or see what is on the server

My settings are:
host - ftp.myhostname.com
type fpfs explicit ftp over tls/ssl
username - my username
password - my password
local - /sdcard
remote /
mode - passive
charset default

Any ideas?

I guess they are forcing SSL_REUSE option on the FTP server. SSL_REUSE makes AndFTP hangs after AUTH_TLS command. The problem is at low level in Android operating system, we cannot fix it for now. Solution is to disable SSL_RESUSE option on FTPS server or use SFTP, SCP or FTP.
