double jpg extention?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 with the fully paid version of andFTP. I like it very much however....
If I take a photo using the phones camera, go to gallery, select the picture, share, and select andFTP. The progress window shoes the following:
picture.jpg.jpg
It makes a few attempts and gives up?
Any ideas whats happening and how I can resolve this?
