We're having an issues sending Video via andFTP. If the device goes to sleep, the transfer fails and the video is unplayable.

How long do you wait before the phone sleep?
The FTP transfer should be stopped because connection should be closed. However, if you restart transfer (by enabling resume support), then transfer should complete and video should play.

Generally, when transferring files I don't let the phone sleep. How would I enable resume support?

In advanced tab. Just enable "resume" checkbox.
