Hi,

i am using vsftpd too. When I tried to connect with my phone and AndFTP I had the same problem as described. After setting the "pasv_addr" AndFTP did not connect.

the key to get a connection via AndFTP was to set the vsftpd option “require_ssl_reuse=NO” (http://vsftpd.beasts.org/vsftpd_conf.html).

With your account there is a new error we've never seen: java.net.SocketException: The socket level is invalid

Do you have the same problem with regular FTP account?
