FTP issues

I set up my FTP transfers as:
ftp.website.com/

You have it automatically do:
ftp://website.com/

I have not been successful doing an FTP transfer... Any suggestions?

Do you have an error when you try to upload ? You should see something like:
Upload started ... Upload failed: An error message here.

Notice that ftp URL must starts with ftp://
For instance if your ftp server is ftp.yourdomain.com then URL must be:
ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com
