Where would I see that please?

I am using a Pixel phone and I don't see anything under /storage/emulated/0/Android/data.

Please advise.

If the phones are rooted, can I just copy the files between them ??

Paying £3.89 just for copying settings (I know there are other options available), seems a bit excessive.
